I am adept in all musical genres and can teach students how to use their voice in any style!
Half of the time will be devoted to vocal warm ups. These are a series of voice exercises that gently warm up your instrument. The second half of the lesson will be singing a song of your choosing or preparing you for your next performance opportunity.
Audition Planning
While healthy vocal technique is extremely important, it is also my role to help my students emotionally connect to the music, as communicating the text and subtext of the music is the mark of a fine singer. No matter the opportunity, I’ll make sure you are feeling confident and prepared for your upcoming audition!
Vocal Pedagogy
In my studio, I believe that each student is unique and will require an individual path towards common voice goals. Learning how to sing is about encouraging personal development and individual progress. It is important to me to foster trust with all my students as we work together on the development of their voice.
Stage Development
Stage fright and other common problems you can tackle head on with my mentorship. I will help you learn the subtleties of developing your craft for a live performance setting. No matter the challenges, you will be polished and shine on that stage!
